Adelphi Locums - Referral Bonus Policy

Adelphi Locums (“Adelphi”) offers a Referral Bonus Program to reward individuals who refer qualified healthcare professionals for locum tenens or direct-hire assignments. This program helps us connect with top-tier providers while recognizing those who contribute to our professional network.

How the Referral Process Works
1. Identify a Qualified Candidate: Must meet professional requirements and hold current credentials.
2. Submit the Referral: Share candidate details via the online form or a recruiter.
3. Evaluation & Placement: If the candidate is hired, you may be eligible for a referral bonus, based on the conditions below.
Referral Bonus Tiers

You’ll earn a bonus for each referred candidate who is hired. Each new referral qualifies you for an additional bonus.
Terms & Conditions
- Candidate Eligibility: Candidate must be new to Adelphi — not previously in contact or submitted.
- Hiring Window: Candidate must be hired within 6 months of your referral submission.
- Bonus Disbursement:
- Contract Placements: Paid within 30 days after the candidate completes 15 billable days (must occur within 6 months).
- Direct-Hire Placements: Paid within 30 days after the client’s guaranteed period (typically 6 months).
- Payment Method: Choice of check or direct deposit.
- Who Can Refer: External individuals only. Internal hiring staff, self-referrals, and agency/client HR are disqualified.
- Multiple Referrals: Only the first validated referral qualifies for a bonus.
- Tax Responsibility: Bonuses are taxable income. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Program Discretion: Adelphi may change or terminate this program at any time, with or without notice.
